General

Commissions are for personal use only - they are not allowed to be redistributed for profitCredit MUST be given if commissions are repostedI can decline a commission for any reason.I reserve the right to post your commissioned pieces on my social media accounts.My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are copyright infringements and will be reported.

Will & won't draw

- NSFW, gore, harmful content
- Complex mecha, vehicles
- Complex backgrounds, poses
- Anything I refuseFeminine characters ONLY please! If you're uncertain, check in with me first :)

Payment

Half the price MUST be paid upfront as a non-refundable deposit - the other half after the work has been fully completed.Payment in USD only.Payment can not be negotiated.I only accept payment via PayPal.If you have commissioned me 3 or more times, you receive a 10$ veteran's discount on all colored commission pieces! <3(My prices are on my twitter!)

Refunds

Completed commissions will never be refunded.If it happens that I cannot finish the commission, the money will be returned. If the clients themselves prevent me from completing the commission, fees will not be reimbursed.The client receives multiple work in progress images during the process, to be able to ask for changes. If the client never mentions any problems when seeing the work-in-progress photos, I will not return the money once the drawing is finished.Should a client not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work in progress photos, I consider the commission cancelled by the client. In this case, already paid money will not be returned, drafts are not stored and I will proceed with any existing image as I see fit.

Work Hours

I will answer any messages/inquiries whenever I can!Commissions take roughly 6 weeks from start to finish.I will try my best to keep you consistently updated on your commission status.I am a full time university student, so your patience is greatly appreciated :"))I DO NOT work on deadlines!

Process

I will start the commission only once half (or full) payment has been sent.PLEASE provide a full and clear reference of exactly what you want, and the more specific, the better!I send updates for feedback at every step - sketch, lineart, flat colors. Once these are approved, final commissions will be sent once completed.

Legal Stuff / AI / NFT

My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.The client has the right to use the image freely and distribute it as liked, as long as it is not used commercially, no monetary gain is involved, and no rights are infringed. I will hold onto my rights to the commission as an artist, to reproduce the commissioned image and use it for prints, books, or other merchandise. If the original image was not purchased, I will retain the right to sell it.Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee (3x base price) per artwork.All commissions are personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned.(c) paprikapear, usage of my works as training data is not allowed.
